There are young Pluggers?
I guess their parents aren't Pluggers, because we've had no indication that Pluggers - especially older males - know jackshit.

I agree. there's no way pluggers would know any of that info. that's why he's a plugger, 'cause he's too dumb to handle money matters on his own, therefore he's doomed to a life of poverty and failure.
I am a little confused as to why he's not obese though. that doesn't make any sense
young pluggers were raised by being beaten every time they wondered if their plugger parents knew jack shit.
and he's not obese cuz his cousins who do stock cars and tractor pulls get him using meth with them about once a month.
he does seem to be missing a hand(paw?), so he has the tragic-life part down
