The comic:

Pluggers can't take care of their cars.

And they're proud of it.

How ironic. The plugger that lives next door to me is CONSTANTLY working on his cars. Usually during our dinner or during a lazy weekend afternoon when all the windows are open at the house.

The overarching lesson here might be that pluggers take pride in things that embarrass and shame normal people
