I am oddly comforted by the fact that the dog belongs to the bearman, as opposed to the dogman. At least they're not subjugating other animals into "pethood" (slaaaaavery) within their same species.
That dog looks like a neekid, collared version of the bear-child in Oct. 31st's Pluggers. There is some fucked up shit going on in Pluggerville.
