So Plugger-cat is just going to throw that shoe back in the lake? That's not very Plugger-green of him. Maybe this comic would be a little funnier if it read: 'Pluggers invented the concept of Payless Shoes.' Catch the other shoe, and Cat-Plugger is set for the winter.
